Love how you explained the TVA contractions for Diastasis recti. Our bodies go through so much pre and post natal so this kind of recovery is key. Such an important topic!

Thank you so much for this... I have all of that. I was told that I could have surgery and prefer not to have another after two c sections and two young’s kids... this was super I formative! ☺️
