Love the video promoting Craig selling his real estate. In all honesty no one discusses the black ice and snow coupled with bitter winds. No one discusses limited services available in almost every rural area, from food to medical and even vehicle repairs. The education in Idaho is limited, and most jobs pay the same since the 1980's despite the growth.

Shhhh! Idaho is horrible. Bears roam the streets, and winter lasts 10 months out of the year. Summer is so hot you can't be outside. Schools are crowded, and traffic is horrific. Go anywhere else. California, Florida, or Oklahoma are good choices

Top of the moring to u Craig as i enjoy this cup of Joe watching these great videos. Ill be packing my bags and leaving California in 12 to 15 years for sure save me a acre or 2 please. Ill probably have to go as far as Emmett , Mountain Home by then because the Treasure Valley well be a different area by then.
