👍So clean and so fast- reminds me of my training days when one exercise was to the same throw 10 times as quickly and accurately as possible then on to another and another without a break so it became “automatic” or instinctive. We did it in randori format restricted to the techniques.

Have you ever seen a judo tournament, genius? The whole point is to first demonstrate what we’re even trying to achieve, before adding any difficult variables such as opponent resistance NOBODY claimed it would be easy to perform these moves. He is simply demonstrating the end-goal of each throw in its perfect form

That's like saying shooting at targets is totally different from real combat. Of course it is. That doesn't mean target practice isn't useful. It's how you build skills that work under pressure.
