How long does it usually take to get a yellow belt in Judo or the second belt? I'm guessing yellow is the second one.

I find it weird, when a 30 year old judoka is being corrected. There is a style component and how it works best for your individual body. Someone that practices for 30 years would do it the way it most fits them even if it is slightly different from another master.

@@nickelmanful Not talking about myself. The point is the guy in the video has been doing judo for 30 years. Presumably he has mastered the technique and been practicing for decades, and whatever the tiny things he does different is result of his style/individual body.

Just do a strength routine on top of your judo training. Stuff like deadlifts, squats, weighted pull-ups, rows, snatches, bench press, military press, and abs exercises should work well.

During body mechanics he legit demonstrates it about 400 times and then dude with the mask does it like hes drunk for about 20 seconds before my man just stops him and says "thats ok.."
