Fun fact: In stalker 2, if you dont talk to the npc that had the energy drink stashes and instead go back to the settlement, you can overhear him either talk to his friends about someone who took the entire stash and how he lost faith in good people OR if you put energy drinks in the stash instead, you'll hear him excitedly talk to his friends about someone putting in more of them and saying how he knew there were still good people out there, its really amazing what the devs thought to put in the game that are seemingly small. unimportant interactions.

So, while it is not in SH3, the inference in SH2 is that James sees monsters, Eddie sees a pursuer, Angela sees flames, and Laura sees nothing. So a player would interpret the statement "They look like monsters to you?" as more intimate.
@Fonzzz0022 күн бұрын
I get the idea of missing some crucial information? I interpreted them as dark entities that take the shape of something personal, getting into the head of the beholder. So how they look is not particularly relevant to whether you should fight back. It's not like you've been shooting at innocent civilians this whole time.

@@samgamgi The list did have at least one unavoidable scene with Silent Hill 3 so I guess it qualifies. It was also my first thought. And that you didn't have a choice is a rationalization. In Detroit Become Human, when you first play the game you are met with a friendly android welcoming you to the game and each time you start up the game she starts becoming more and more human like, deviant (like the premise of the game) once you get to the end after all the events of the game you are faced with a question from her. It’s something like “would you let me go?” And you’re faced with a choice of ‘freeing’ or not letting her go. Most choose to let her go as shes now fully deviant and she can live her own life. You can also ‘purchase a new android’ to replace her with real money after she’s gone. The whole game has such an amazing premise and makes you think, highly recommend playing it if you haven’t already.

The best thing about the Monkey Island one is, if you really read into everything it's heavily implied in the descriptions and Guybrush's dialogue that he's *_so stupid,_* he made the mop handle by whittling down the TRUNK of the tree. Like, instead of just cutting off one of the many, many mop-handle-shaped branches, this guy goes and kills an entire tree just to turn it into a single mop handle.

Come ME3, and Morinth is nowhere to be seen...until the very end of the game where she shows up...as a bog standard banshee enemy. Literally, it's just a normal enemy except the name 'Morinth' is above the health bar. No big build up, no real pay off, just a complete anti-climax. Samara really was being sincere that you (as in the player) would regret that choice.
