I love that women are coming back to femininity. I have felt so much more at peace intentionally living a softer life

I find that taking a bath and using nice soaps and bubble baths while perusing fashion and gardening magazines with some smooth jazz on in the bathroom and a facial moisture mask is a good way to say, ahhhh, I feel like that feminine babe!🥀🥀🥀🥀

I especially agree with walking slow advice.I live in a big city so 9/10, I’m rushing to catch that bus. And I hate that I’m always running late! 😩
@xolovenicole5 ай бұрын
I ALWAYS set alarms hours early, get ready extra early so I can really live in the moment without rushing. People say it’s crazy and over the top but they end up at the event with sweat stains and tired from rushing and I’m still looking goodt!!

Serious question, for stay at home moms, how would you recommend finding time to let your brain reset? I had more mental relaxation time when I was working full time than I do now, and I’m constantly drained. It is LITERALLY a 24/7 job, especially while they’re little, and I’m also gonna be homeschooling our kids. I get maybe two hours after bedtime to myself but usually I’m making dinner late or cleaning (which I actually do enjoy, I find both relaxing and having a clean house is all that keeps me from exploding sometimes lol), or something of that nature. I rarely have any time to myself or to do things I enjoy and my brain is constantly on high alert even when my daughter is asleep. I struggle a lot calming it down and giving it a break. The closest I get is at the gym. And my husband is military so he’s away a lot, so he can only do so much to help. My daughter is an absolute angel and there’s nothing I’d rather be doing, but it’s the most mentally and emotionally exhausting job in the world. Working full time and coming home to do the mom thing would be way less mentally exhausting honestly. I’ve had some hard jobs (including manual labor with my dad doing construction related things), and I have NEVER been so tired 😂

Hi Lucy Thanks for the video I really appreciate Please can you do more videos on oversharing and setting personal boundaries I find my self oversharing with people unconsciously Thanks
@mmmmkay47735 ай бұрын
I notice I over share when a person has built up an image of me without getting to know me and only in those instances I become transparent for their comfort level. I need to stop doing that. Lol
