During what another you tuber I love calls “Save-tember”, I’ve been taking a good hard look at our finances, and taking EVERY SPARE CENT I can find to pay down debt. I’ve shopped from my pantry and fridge and freezer, returned things I don’t need, returned bottles and cans, scrounged around the house for change and even started using up random gift cards that have been cluttering up my purse, instead of mindlessly spending on groceries and other essentials. All these small steps are adding up and I’ve been sending small amounts of extra money to the card, not even waiting for the due date, to save even more on interest!

This is so lovely, yes to not waiting for the New Year to improve our lives 🥰I am really wanting to refine my belongings, get rid of the things I don't use that much and buy some things that are more versatile. Less stuff = more freedom!

One thing I would add to this is to prioritize your mental/emotional health, or anything else in life that's making you feel bogged down or like you're in a brain fog. Call this an extension of the brain dump tip if you want, but as someone who struggles with depression, self-care is something that's highly important for me.

I’ve been decluttering my digital photos since the beginning of this year and I’m not done yet 😅 I have SO many photos but I’ve been focusing on working on it for at least 15 min a day and I have made pretty good progress… I just have so much more to go! But one thing I want to START doing is to start working out more consistently but I’ve found that if I aim for every single day I get defeated if I missed one day so I’ve been focusing lately on at least 3 days a week of at least 30 min work outs. It’s been hard but I’m seeing some progress 💪

Great video! Funnily enough, I’ve been working on the same habits as you. In August I felt myself getting out of hand and decided to go back to the basics: Sleep, Food, Water, Exercise. I just knew that by working on those pillars everything else would fall into place. (I’ve been trying to read more as well)

My life has become completely unraveled during this new semester of nursing school. My sleeping and eating schedule have gone out the window. Any time NOT spent studying makes me feel incredibly guilty. I am exhausted and stressed and its showing in my grades. I definitely need to create a healthy balance so that I can perform better as a student. I know it will help but the ANXIETY I get doing anything for myself when that time could be spent preparing for the next exam can be so hard to manage
