Nice video! Suggest you investigate the proper way to tie your anchor to the rope. You should tie to the bottom of the anchor with a light weight zip tie to the top. IF you get hung up, a strong pull in the opposite direction will break the zip tie and the rope orients itself to the rear of the anchor which will allow it to come free. Check out some youtube videos on this subject!!

Your tips are excellent and come from experience, very simple and practical ideas- I am happy to subscribe. One tip I might add is I use a small plastic tarp to lay the kayak on when inflating or deflating as I never know if there is glass or metal on the ground or in the grass. I am going to add a ruler to my boat like you did. Thumbs up.

I love the idea of the measuring stick drawn on the side.. That's a great idea..

Been watching inflatable kayak videos. Some say do not bother with an electric air pump, get a good hand pump. Maybe because some of the newer kayaks are drop stitch construction which pump up to a Ridgid 10 psi

I use Simple Green on my kayaks, and hose them off and let them air dry for a couple of days.

Considering this model, do you highly recommend it after owning it for awhile? There is a 330 pro in my area for $100, what do you think?
@bigyingadventurestoo99165 жыл бұрын
I definitely recommend these Kayaks. The 330 is good for 1 adult. Could take a child with you also. Two adults, definitely need a 370.

Can you set the boat down on a gravel or paved area and not bend the skegs?

Could you tie the anchor to the rope tie out in the front tip of the boat?

I think that's what I'm doing, unless I'm misunderstanding your question.

No. But I use it in Florida primarily in salt water. So haven't had a lot of chances for encounters.

What is the make/model tote you are using as a cooler & fish holder?
@bigyingadventurestoo99166 жыл бұрын
I don't have the tags anymore, so I'm not sure. But anything with the insulation on the inside should keep ice from completely melting. Plenty on Amazon or at Walmart.

Thanks, looks very much like the Arctic Zone PRO High Performance Thermal Totes on Amazon. B01G2HF1US. Feel free to link for your video.
