This video is such a useful one jaya..when I bought a dishwasher few years back I looked up the internet for its use, how to maintain it, how to manage with hard water etc & I have watched almost all videos available..but trust me never have I come across such a detailed video on dishwasher cleaning..thanks for this amazing video on maintaining the appliance, this is very helpful..tomorrow is my dishwasher cleaning day & am definitely going to follow your tips of deep cleaning it..btw just a suggestion try to clean the filter atleast once a week if you are using the dishwasher daily..the filter usually has a lot of dirt stuck on it & thanks for the tip on cleaning the holes on the arms, I have never cleaned that😬

Great video. LG recommends that either put 2.5 Tbsp. Citric Acid in detergent dispenser and run a hot cycle or Keep a 3/4 cup of white Vinegar in upper rack and run Auto cycle to clean the dishwasher and get rid of scaling. Till disposal of my LG dishwasher, I used these methods to great satisfaction. I am using same methods in my new Voltas Beko 14 place dishwasher. It is safe and very economic.

@@Nivi.K i sold my LG 2 years back as it was not resuming cycle from the last stage after power outage. Its heater also failed. Now I am using Voltas BEKO which is an excellent dishwasher. It has 4 sprays.

@@johndoe-vc1we till now, i didn't need any spare part. Whenever a service request (paid) is made, the technician comes promptly and resolves the problem. Normally, technician is needed for removing sand from the water filter. As the dishwasher is under warranty for 10 years and Beko has commercial tie up with TATA, I believe that service parts should be available for at least 10 more years.

I am using LG DW ftom last 2 yrs. From last 3 months I am using vim detergent and tablet they are really good..no hard water stains in the DW , dishes comes our sparkling clean and no odour.. earlier I used to clean my DW once in a month with vinegar in Machine Clean mode as instructed in the user manual but now a days I dont find any stains. Vim really works awesome with hard water..

@@shilpak3028 Hi, th vim tablet I am talking about is specifically for Dishwasher.. The brand name is Vim. It has salt, detergent, rinse aid and tablets. It is available in amazon... I am using the tablets from last 3 months along with vim salt. It gives a very good result.. tablets come in a pack of 30 and salt comes in a pack of 1kg

Could you also explain how to remove the small particles from inside of spray arm? If just use a stick to push them out of the holes, next time when the water comes from the spray arms, these small particles would again block the holes
