Negotiation Tip(HR vs Developer): Whoever says the salary figure first loses. Just think why they ask you "what is your expected salary?" They want you to say your expected figure. So that they can lead the negotiation. Always Dodge this 'expected salary question' and lead the negotiation.

I love to code... I'm working in a software company currently I'm doing ETL job. I'm not at all happy with what I'm doing. After coming home I always spend most of my times in learning such as (node.js, flutter, Android, python, java) etc. And I'm also launched one Android app on Playstore.. due to some commitments I'm not able to quit my job right now, but I'm waiting for my right time to quit this job. I know that I having good knowledge in programming. In my office also I'm helping some guys who wants to learn programming languages. And I'm losing myself somewhere because of a fear, about the future. Without a proper guide/guru it is pretty difficult to achieve the goals... Ahh! That was a pretty long summary...
