In this video I share 10 labour mistakes to avoid and 10 tips for a natural birth. If you want to have an easy delivery and a smoother, more straightforward labour, please try to incorporate all of these childbirth tips so that you can achieve the natural birth you are hoping for. I am sharing all my favourite tips for labour and birth in this video. I learned most of these tips when I was pregnant but I didn't know all of these natural birth tips :( I am happy to be able to share all of this wisdom with you now - 9 years after giving birth to my daughter ;) I hope you put these easy labour tips into practice and wishing you a safe and easy delivery of your baby :)

Tension and the fear is terrible. I never screamed or tensed up during contractions. I would grab something and squeeze it as hard as I could while relaxing my lower body. And usually lifting up my bum off the bed. It just felt right. The nurses never believe me when I said, “Baby is about to come so call the doctor, please.” They assume there’s no way I’m 10cm, because I’m not screaming in pain. I say “no, really… baby is coming! Believe me” Every time they rush to get the table ready because they don’t listen to me. 😂😂
