These are great tips Corinna! Smart to change up so many of the little things, like vacuuming and dusting, and smart to get what we call a "picker upper"! LOL! I could not agree more about the exercise, I think that applies to any part of the body that hurts you as you age. Stretching and strengthening, in the right way, slowly, is one of the very best things to do. I never knew that about a rocking chair, very cool! Awesome to share these useful tips with us! Thank you Stacy! Yes, I am noticing through the exercise that my muscles are getting stronger. I call them torcher-sizes. LOL I was suprised about the rocking chair as well. Have a nice evening my friend!

Such great tips! I never knew this about a rocking chair. We don't even have one. 😪 Now I want a rocking chair. Great idea on the tray. On a side note, I still love love love your bedding. It looks so soft and cozy.

*I normally have back pains because I don't sleep well these days, these tips will be so helpful and I'm going to try most of them especially sleeping with pillows underneath my legs....I do exercise quite often, thanks for sharing!*

Great tips! Yoga has been helpful for a lot of my patients. Exercise, exercise, exercise! Couldn't stress it enough!

I'm not at the point of doing Yoga yet, but I am doing exercises given to me by my doctor. But, yes, yoga is amazing. Have a nice day!! :-)

Morning. I am in the same boat as you. I had two slipped discs years ago that act up every so often. I do the same little tricks. And now I deal with neck issues. 🤦‍♀️.

I have a backache all the time since I had a c section 14 yrs ago and some of these things I already do without even thinking about it (vacuum hoses and lufu in a stick) but some are new to me and I will give them a try (picker up stick). Thanks for sharing

Oh wow, I'm sorry you deal with that. I didn't know a C Section could cause back injury. Yikes! I'm so glad this helped to give you some ideas to help ease your pain. You might want to look into a good chiropractor too. I hope your day is amazing!!

This was some great tips thank you so much for sharing them. You know both me and Freddie suffer with bad backs. I have that same grabber and you are right it is a life saver!! Great informative video!! :) HUGS! ~Dana~

Great tips! I have that swifter. I have a similar grabber. I had folding one and it broke on me. So now I have a straight one. I never new chairs were at an angle until I sat in one after back surgery. I learned to put pillows behind my back but sometimes that was uncomfortable too. Back seats of cars have really bad angles. A tip my doctor gave me was to do shoulder shrugs but ask your first.

I suffer from disk degeneration. I've already had one spinal surgery and need to have another. Nerve pain is the worst. I sleep with 4 pillows to support different parts of my neck and legs.🤩💕 kris

HI CORINNA HOW IS YOUR BACK DOING?? FINE I HOPE ALL IS WELL... I HAVE BEEN HAVING BACK SPASMS ON AND OFF LATELY I DON'T KNOW WHY... TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF STAY BLESSED.. I AM GETTING READY TO START ORIENTATION ON FRIDAY FOR HONEY BAKED HAM MY SEASONAL JOB. PRAY FIR ME MY FEET HAS BEEN SWELLING THAT IS WHY I LEFT THE OTHER JOB AND IT WAS REALLY FAR.. HOPEFULLY STANDING WON'T BE AS BAD AS SITTING STAY BLESSED...

I bet it would help tremendously. I've heard that putting a pillow between your knees while sleeping is really good for your back. Have an amazing day!
