Awsome suggestions bro! One thing I see differently, and it’s personal, but I think we should aim to have our best shot on the first take. What I mean by that is that I think we should visualize, practice and be relaxed as much as possible when we perform in general. We want to document our « humanity » our genuine energy etc. My two cents. That being said, man you are providing valuable tips, you are an awsome communicator, and you are super dynamic.
