the item finder mark is now obtainable, get a pokemon to pick up all of the items on the ground to get the mark on it. there are so many items early game that it's very easy to get.

The Item-finder Mark is now available. Use your Pokémon to collect items in the over world to get the mark. I’m not sure about the Exact requirements to obtain it but I had my shiny Dreepy collect items for about an hour & now she’s a Treasure Hunter too :3

Professor Jacq gives an Egg of one of the Sinnoh starters randomly. If you want one in particular, save the game before interacting with him and hatch the Egg, if it's not the one you wanted, just reset the game and try again (autosave must be turned off). If you want to evolve your Applin to Dipplin, there is a vending machine that sells the Syrup Apple. It is located next to an apple plantation in the East side of the map (it is a little brown rectangle). In the festival, there is a mini game that rewards you with a Exp Charm.

If you're playing the DLC in the postgame, bring either a Ghost type or a Tera Ghost catcher mon. Quite a few wild Pokemon have moves like Double-Edge in the wild that can make catching them frustrating if you aren't prepared.

You can change maps from Gen 9 region to DLC Part 1 by clicking L or R when your in the map app

Shiny Vulpix and Growlith are easy to obtain east of Mossui Town on Revelers Road. Just eat a sandwich that gives you encounter power and sparkling power lv 3. The first stretch will have Vulpix as the only fire type and once you got that, follow the river further east to find Growlith as the only fire type.

Fun fact: at least two (maybe all three) of the songs that play when using the camera feature are references to older games (the happy tune is the Pokemon March from GSC, and lest I'm mistaken the battle tune is from RBY)

If you're trying to complete dex make sure you have room in boxes. If you notice you don't have Pokéball option check boxes. Learned hard way... Thank-you for video.

My Tip: free up 5 boxes worth of space. They don't give you more box space. This is probably their way of pushing for you to buy Pokemon HOME. But one of the quests is to catch 150 mon. (Technically its register them, so evolving counts too)

Plus about 90 of them can be already registered from the main palea pokedex. If you completed that, you should have no reason to worry about cleaning too much unnecessary box space

I recommend starting with a new team instead of using your level 100 mons you got from the original story line. Makes the play through of the DLC more fun!

If you fill out the paldea dex first it makes it outrageously easy to fill out the kitakami dex highly recommend it plus that shiny charm is no joke I be catchin shinies every time I log on

Tip: May not worry about getting solid pokemon like Kommo-,o or Conkeldurr. Theyre obtainable early. For example Hakamo raid battle is findable right behind the town and Conkeldurr raid battle is on top of the Oni Mountain - you wont need to trade.

New area pokedex is total 200 mons. 100 of which are shared from the base Dex. If you have all 400 mons from base Dex, you will start with 100 mons already registered in new Dex. Which means only 100 new mons to register in new Dex. Very doable solo with Home and previous games.

Come in with mid-high level pokemon. 50ish should be good if fully evolved. I went in with level 60 stage 1 pokemon.

@@ElusiveEliizer If you did everything in the base game? Level 60 seems to be a good entry level. Also, it is fun to bring one pokemon in at that level and build a team with the new pokemon running around. First area you start in has between levels 52 to 57 pokemon. Again, this is if you have beaten the base game.

If you are trying to complete your Kitakami pokedex even before continuing the main story anyways, it's a good idea to talk to Perrin located west of Mossui town's community center. You'll not regret it

I'm gald they gave us better camera stuff specially with hoe annoying it is to take pictures if pokemon. And I always found overwhelming the TM machine so these changes are welcome. But the game runs so poorly. I will always criticize that. But I'm happy for the quality of life changes so far

If I remember correctly, wild Pokémon levels are from the high 50s to maybe around the mid to high 70s. And that also includes the overworld wild Tera Mons

You don’t have to do raids or catch anything. New Pkm & evolutions, sure. Just transfer what you need from home & if you MUST, fill in the ones you don’t have by catching or raiding. Trading is a better option though.
