Thanks for the great tips. You mention in the video, "you can download more toggles from the Google Play Store" for the notification panel. Can you tell me what these toggles are called and are they specific to the LG G6 or any android phone?

most of these are LG specific.. my old LG optimus l90 has a lot of these. im glad the g6 didn't get rid of them.

eMerseen I was going to say the same thing! I used to have a Samsung phone and I hated TouchWiz. Then changed to a LG device and at first I felt lost but once I discovered all the features of LG UX I loved it! I recognize that you need time to discover all the tricks and many people don't like to explore, read and test what a device offers and then get frustrated and talk bs about it and give poor reviews. But that doesn't mean it's bad.

Well... Maybe I gonna say something strange - but I'd prefer LG g6 Google play edition. But there's nothing like it, and I have to deal with LG launcher (Yes, better than Touchwiz - but not that feature-rich and not pure like Sony or Moto). My personal opinion, and some features are nice - but pure android is more smooth, and a bit faster. Still sorry that LG-made Nexus is not going to happen this year (rumors only, not sure about it).

For me, my first meeting with the LG G6 did not go very well. Everything was great in theory. I went to the shop to buy it today after watching a lot of videos and reading lots of the articles but the screen was so horrible that I got something else. The colours, I thought, looked completely washed out when I compared it with other models. Furthermore, the image stabilisation was not up to what I was expecting and I was really looking forward to the 125 degree camera which would be great for my camper van reviews. So I got something else instead!

Running Oreo on my G6 and the always on display only used about 3% of my battery after 5 hours when idle when I was at work.
