Overlapping doesn't always have to be scary if you know when and why you should do it! Todays video I will be giving you my ten tips and tricks on when I overlap, when you should overlap, and most importantly the safest ways to achieve brighter and healthier ends on a client who has previously lightened/bleached hair.

Foiling technique: Full baby light and teased out ends.
Formula: Goldwell Oxycur, 20 Vol, & Olaplex.
Root Shadow: Redken Shades EQ 7M 6NA.
Toner: Redken Shades EQ 9P, 9V, 9GI.

My hair stylist overlapped 2 days ago but my hair is not healthy, so it is still breaking off and dry. Is it OK if I use deep conditioner now or is it too early?

You can always use a deep conditioner at any time! I would suggest getting a trip and at home using a good professional deep conditioner!
