Don’t know if this vid is getting anymore views but it’s called tips I used to get to blue ranks. Not tips you should use. I’m not forcing you guys 😭. Also characters that I do this for are ones that are not common. Well why not play it out then? Understanding frames is what you need. I slowly learn the important moves and cheesy moves the characters have then beat all the future ones. People have knowledge check play styles it’s not even Tekken if it’s not an even playing field imo.

Cool video. Another thing about the 2,1 that I learned from T7 is taht it also catches people trying to sidestep to Jin's weaker side, so people would have to think twice if they are trying to step one of his more linear moves like FF2, FF3, F4, etc.

So from my experience those in purple ranks cannot break throws. So that is a good tip. Therefore, spam Lows and Throws. and then have a little patience and then do it again. Purple ranks are easy if you have good defense. thanks for the tips.

I think its fair enough to do it. Idm if ppl do it to me, or if they rematch. Alot of the times I do it if I actually cant fight back, just to go to my replays and learn it there. It helps ppl keep their sanity, and lets them go learn something new if they go straight to replays. I can see what u mean if u consider it scummy, but this game can be mentally taxing on ppl. I understand why they wouldn't wanna rematch into something they have absolutely no idea how to fight against.

Could be several reasons why you can one and done. Low rank, bad connection, scrub character that requires little skill. Or sometimes mfs just wanna get off the game 💀 not that serious tbh.

But when people do the same thing, it's actually easier. Because you get to see the moves more, and take the steps to deal with it. And if you one and done how are you supposed to learn the match up. You barely get anytime to adjust doing the full set, imagine just 1. When people one and done, you're waisting the time of the people that actually want to learn and get better, also I believe you're waisting your own time if you really say you want to learn and get better. And if you're worried about points, you're not worrying about getting better. In my opinion ofc. In barely anything where there's competition do people only do it once.

ahaha ppl are so mad about the "don't rematch" thing XDD I'm a new player to Tekken and FG. I reached Flame ruler some days ago and keep jumpin between Mighty and Flame for now. Slowly moving my way up. But I was rematching everybody till eliminator. Cuz hey I just wanna learn the game right. But then I got matched vs 6-7ppl with like fkin 80k pwrs above me and they would just wipe the floor with me. I wouldn't learn jacksht and just be tempted to deinstall the game. So I stopped doing the always rematch. So now not only is the game way less frustrating I also feel more in control of playing vs ppl my level and not ppl who have 2k hours+ already in Tekken total and be forced to lose shtton of points right away. And now at flame ruler it's even worse lol. Like yesterday I got 2-3ppl with their mains being in Tekken God with 230k+ points LOL, how tf am I supposed to even keep up vs ppl like this as someone who has like 150h total in fighting games. Like at least I'm not plugging. But I will not rematch ppl like this fk that lol

yeah people are pretty mad like the video isnt named TIPS I used to level up to blue ranks lol. But I would be down to add you and possibly aid in your growth!

So agree with this. But apparently you’re supposed to rematch in these situations so the other player can body you again because of ‘etiquette’ You don’t learn or have fun but you do get to lose more points.

bro literally recommending one and done as a viable rank-up tool 🤣don't stunt your growth like that, all it shows is ya'll have no idea how to work through a problem on the fly. the first match is just for feeling out the other person. if they cheese, they probably dont know much beyond that. maybe try overcoming that first hurdle, you might take both the next sets now that you've seen their gimmick. adapting is a FGC fundamental, so you might "rank up" but you wont get good til you set your ego aside and become comfortable getting your @ss beat over and over.
@Kenlac923 ай бұрын
I dont agree and i think you miss the point. The objective is learning the answer first and foremost. You clearly arent ready to handle the situation in a real match so leaving your ego out of it and going to practice is the fastest way to learn. Stop imposing your arbitrary rules on people in an online game. If they arent cheating or rage quitting then who cares? Youre denying your own growth by making your learning experience harder for yourself, not by forcing yourself to fail a knowledge check. You dont fail a pop quiz and then immediately retake the quiz. You go home and study, if you care at all about actually learning.
@CBMfromOhio3 ай бұрын
I'm tired of people misinterpreting my tip of 1 and done. I said I only do it to learn to what I lost to yes. I agree adapting on the fly is something you can do and very important. These are all tips if you don't want to use them then don't. This game is mostly knowledge checks and constantly learning. I don't rage quit I learn, lab and adapt so I'm ready for next time. Like I said its better for me mentally and I don't do it often anymore. Since I have the knowledge to going into most matchups now. There is a difference between losing and losing + learning.
@toomuchmoneyalan5481Ай бұрын
That’s great advice if you wanna get your ass whooped go on quick match you even get to fight ppl multiple ranks above you
Solid advise. Some semi pro youtubers peer pressure people to do a rematch when they beat them up in one set. Theres nothing wrong in one and doning when u get ur ass beat.

@CBMfromOhio4 ай бұрын
For example if you were plus +2 and both of you jabbed at the same time. Your jab would be I10 the opponents jab would be i12. If you were minus 2 the opponents jab would be i10 and your would be i12
