I had a hard time remembering to pray before I got into bed or out of bed. So I placed two large square pillows at my bedside so I had to step on them in order to get into or out of bed. I now have a physical reminder to say my prayers both in the morning and at night. It has been working very well for two years now.

I feel like a kid in school, but I pick out my outfit, somewhat plan hair & makeup in case I need to dig out lesser used items, get my coffee & travel mug set up, right down to the sugar in the cup LoL.. Makes my morning so much easier & less stressful and also gives me the extra few minutes to say my prayers and things I like to do in the am.. So glad to see I'm not the only one who does this!

I do the same types of things. When I have guests I am cooking breakfast for, I will set out all the pots/pans, spoons dry ingredients, etc...just so it will take me less time to get going in the morning. It is very helpful and reduces stress.

Too bad I am sharing my desk with other people, only men.. What they think is clean I think looks dirty, so the first thing I do everyday is to clean up after them.. Btw good tip to prepare the night before! I sometimes make overnight oats and bring that to work for breakfast, healthy and easy. Thank you!
