Hi Swati, I understand the pain of shifting often as my dad is a retired bank employee. The sad part is friends, by the time we say hi hello and start friendship we are ready to shift again. But on the other side since I love traveling and like to see different cultures, food and places I loved these shifting and still thank my dad for the same. Hey swati di....as a small sister...i want to ask u ....how do you manage each and every thing so smoothly ...dont u get demotivated or angry or panic at sometime...then what u do...bcoz shifting with kids is really so much hard and i dont know why but...when I get angry or more workloads i get peevish and irritated and shout at child ( i dont want to) ...but how come u manage it dont u get irritated ..and if u get what u do...plz do reply bcoz i really follow u !!

Yes I do. Human emotions are same everywhere. We just learn to improve with time. I also make mistakes, get annoyed, shout and cry and it’s all normal. But as I mentioned in the video, I keep reminding myself a few things and it helps. Change doesn’t come overnight but it takes years to self reminders. So next time you feel angry, remind yourself with something that can immediately soothe you. 😊
