That's cool, I had the same unit yesterday (5/14/14) with a seized condenser fan.

I just did commissions on the same unit only difference is the BOARD. I had reverse polarity on my RTU so only the Burner compartment was energized. Switched the legs and now Both boards are energized. The RTU I worked on today was manufactured 08/17/2017. ( So it is newer and different Control Board ) But I had some issues. I had to take 24 volts of the 2nd stage cooling since they wanted to convert to a 5 TON application. So many Sensors!
