Its kinda vague but in my opinion there are roguelike/lite that arent looter shooter, but looter shooter can be rogues. May have different opinion, though

Gatekeeper is similar to risk of rain and is to be released this month. But i'd wait for the reviews first. Nope! Just heard of it, it looks like one of boomer shooter genre
