Today's note👇 අද සටහන් 👇 There is our traditional custom to give food to pregnant mothers. For that today I am preparing some authentic local food recipes with our traditional taste. All the ingredients and spices used for these are our local things. And all these spices have medicinal properties. So I invite you to watch this video with our traditional food in our country and enjoy our food style කොටියක් වැඩ හිතේ තියාගෙන මේ පහන් සිතින් ආරම්භ කරන්නේ ලස්සනම ලස්සන සතුටු දවසක්. අපේ ඉස්සර ඉදන්ම හරි ලස්සන සම්ප්‍රදායක් තිබුනා ගැබිනි මාතාවන්ට රස ගුණ කෑම ජාති උයාගෙන කෙසෙල් කොලේ බත් අරන් යන ක්‍රමයක්. බොහොම ඉස්සර කාලෙ රස ගුණ සාම්ප්‍රදායික කෑම වර්ග කිහිපයක්ම අද මැණිකෙගෙ අතින්ම හදන්නේ පරණ රසය ඒ විදියටම ගන්න පුලුවන් තරම් මහන්සියෙන්. පහන් පැලේ තැමපත් කළ බුදුපිළිමයට මල් පහන් පූජා කරලම ආහාර සූදාම් කරන්න් පටන් ගත්තා. හැමදේම වටේට වට කරගෙන කඩිමුඩියේ සූදාම් කරන්නේ හවස් වේගෙන එද්දි කෑම ටික සූදාම් කරලා අහවර කරන්න හිතාගෙන. පොලොස් ඇඹුල, කලුපොල් මාලුව, තිබ්බටු සම්බෝලය, ඇබැරැල්ලා මාලුව, මිරිසට බැදපු කුකුල්මස් ව්‍යාංජනය, කංකුං තෙලට, කෙසෙල්මුව කිරට, ඇට වර්ග තැම්බුමක් එක්කම තම්බපු බිත්තර, චව් කිරට හින්දුම මේ ඔක්කොම ලංකාවේ අපේම කෑම වර්ග. වෙනදට නිතර තෙලට මිරිසට කෑම පිසුවත් අද නම් තෙලට හෝ කිරට එක් ක්‍රමයක් පාවිච්චි කරගෙන සැර අඩුවට තෙල් අඩුවට ඒත් රසට ආදරෙනුයි සූදාම් කරන්නේ. මැණිකෙගෙ ජීවිතේ වැඩිම වෙලාවක් වැඩිම ව්‍යාංජන ප්‍රමානයක් එක ආහාර වේලක් වෙනුවෙන් සූදාම් කළ පළවෙනි දවස නිසා මේ ආහාර ඔක්කෝම බෙදා දෙන එක හරිම ලස්සන දානයක් වගේ හැගීමක් වුනා... කදු අතරින් නැගුන ඉර මැණිකෙගෙ ගෙපැල පහු කරගෙන අනික් කදු වලල්ලේ ගිලිලා යන්න සැරසෙන මොහොතට මදක් කලියෙන් වැඩ ටික අහවර කරගෙන අපූරු කෑම වේලක් ගැබිණි මාතාවන්ට සුවද කෙසෙල් කොලේට බෙදහ හැටි හරි අපූරුයි. මේ කාර්‍යයබහුල දවසට ඇවිත් ටිකක් බලලම යන්න. මැණිකෙ අද නම් හෝ ගාලා වැඩ. මේ ලස්සන සම්ප්‍රදායන් අපි අතීතයේ ඉදලා අනාගතයට අරගෙන යමු. මං ටිකක් ඈත දවසක කොල පාට උඩරට කදුකරයේ ඉදං... උඩරට මැණිකේ.. මේ අපූරු දානයට ඔයාලත් සහබාගි වෙන්න. ඔයාලගෙ මතක වගේම මැණිකෙගෙ මහන්සිය ගැනත් ලස්සන අදහස් එක් කරලම යන්න අමතක කරන්න එපා. 💚 ගුණවත් නැණවත් මතු පරපුරක් වෙනුවෙන් ලස්සන සමාජයක් වගේම පෝෂ්‍යදායී ආහාර රටාවක් ඉතිරි කරමු.

මෙය දකිද්දී මගේ ඇස් වලට සතුටු කදුලු ඉනුවා දුවේ.. ව්‍යාංජන 10ක් එක්ක හරිම ලස්සන හරිම රසවත් ගුණවත් කෑම වේලක්. උදේ 10 සිට හවස 3 වෙද්දි උයා නිම කිරීමට ඔයාට අත් 12ක් වත් ලැබුනාද... දිරිය දියනියක් දුවේ ඔයා සැබෑවටම. ඇස්වහක් කටවහක් නෑ ඔයාට. මේ වයසට මටවත් බැරු වුනා ඔය තරම් ව්‍යාංජන ගොඩක් සමග තනියම කෑමවේලක් උයන්න. සත්තකින්ම ඔයා මට නම් හාස්කමක් වගේ. උයලා, බෙදලා, වීඩියෝ එකත් කරගෙනම කෑම අරන් ගියා හවස 4 වෙද්දි. මට නම් ඔයා රටක් වටින මැණිකක්.. ඔයාට හදවතින්ම මම තව තවත් ශක්තිය ලැබේවා කියලා ප්‍රාර්ථනා කරනවා. ඔයා වගේ දියනියක් ලැබුන මේ අම්මා මොන තරම් වාසනාවන්තද.. ඔයාට දිනෙන් දින ජයම වේවා..
