I have the Premium Stainless Steel Cosori dehydrator which I purchased several years ago after researching KZbin videos. I love it! I use it to dehydrate apples (it can hold 5 pounds worth of apple slices), carrots, kale, celery, onions, potatoes, mounds of zucchini noodles, basil, … the list goes on and on. The temperature variance is a problem however the unit does have a Celsius setting and you could have used that for the recipes in the book. I would say for closure on this matter you should try one more time using the C* setting to see if the temperature is accurate then. Thanks for the review.

If a manufacturer cannot do the conversion from °C to °F, then I would not trust anything about their product. In fact, if they are that incompetent, I would worry that the thing might hurst into flames. No thank you.

I have had this dehydrator for well over a year, and have NOT experienced any of the temperature deficits named in the video. I have dried fruits, seeds, herbs, meat, jerky and snack sticks ... all without incident. Much better than the American Harvest dehydrator I bought 40 years ago, which still works as well as it did in the 1980s.

Temperature is key. It takes way longer if the temperature is lower than displayed.

Good review. I bought a Vevor travel fridge that works ok. I won't be purchasing a dehydrator from them. Temp is critical in dehydrating. They completely failed on this one.
