Regarding your toiletry bag, you don't have to put your liquids in a TSA approved bag (or Ziplok) and place it in the bin? Or are you TSA Pre Check, wherein you don't have to remove your liquids from your bag? It's a great bag though. :)

So if your Beis is the 21” carry on, the actual dimensions are 21x13x9. The standard Beis carry on is 22.8x15.7x9.8, which is over . Which is yours? In my experience, very few airlines personal item is as large as 18x14x8. Many are 16x12x6…..

My beis carry-on is 21 inches. The carry-on size for beis is 21 inches. Most airlines will take a big personal item bag that can fit under your seat. The backpack is 17 inches in height. The tote is 18 inches. I have never had a problem with either one. Smaller planes you could check dimensions. Also, both bags are flexible and bot a structured bag.

As of now, there isn't a weight limit. They could change that in the future. You can fit a lot in your personal item bag. I like to pack all of my little items, tablet, anything to use for my flight.
