Have you tried any nightly rituals. I would suggest melatonin or bee pollen, which is gentle and natural. Also blue lights cut out ahead of time to allow your brian to adjust. No bright lights for like an hr before bed just candle light level lighting. I have insomnia too but it’s due to pregnancy. Good luck

Ugh, I know the struggle very well! I once went 10 days with a grand total of 5 hours of sleep. It felt (and looked) like I had aged 10 years in those 10 days. It's taken lots of vitamins,and an additional year to try to undo the damage of those ten days. I still struggle with it but at least when I do get to sleep, I stay asleep. *Finally!!* 😴💤😪🛌

These stories only confirm to me the fact that sane good people who don’t want to be victims needs to have a gun, mace or some weapon to defend themselves. There are way too many sickos in the world and to think so many people leave themselves vulnerable is really upsetting. I’m thankful to be in America and proudly carry a sidearm. I’m a petite woman at 5’3” and 110lbs and a mother of 3 young ones and currently one on the way. My gun saved me years ago from a drugged out meth head who decided to block my vehicle on a dirt road and approach my car whilst my kids, babies at the time in the back in their car seats, he didn’t stop advancing on me until he saw me take my handgun out and rack it so he could see I was locked and loaded and prepared to shot to kill to protect my babies and myself. I called the cops who were useless but I still advice people to call the cops too if you see or experience something like what’s in these stories. Just because your lucky doesn’t mean some other innocent person will be and a mom with kids is especially vulnerable. Let’s all do our part and make the world safer by making it clear we will not tolerate this shit and are prepared with something to defend ourselves. FYI in strict gun areas in the states the crime is higher because criminals don’t follow laws so these laws only unarm the good citizens who obey laws and criminals know it’s unlikely to meet up with someone carrying. It makes sense less people are victims in high carry areas like red/conservative areas. No one wants to break into an armed and prepared civilians home. Just look at San Francisco or Chicago if you don’t believe me. They have strict gun laws and people are being victimized by violent criminals. Anyways, please people get your permit if required in your area or take a defense course especially my fellow women. I am a survivor of rape when I was a teenager so I know too well what people who are unwell mentally can and will do to others especially women. Please be safe and be smart!
