I'm sorry to say Mort I downloaded your app and I have a couple of criticisms... I could not layer sounds at all I can do one or the other or another or the other but you can only do one at a time, The sounds can't be layered, secondly I had it going all night with a background sound but once all the stories were done and it was time to turn it off, I went into the app and turned off the fire sound and it wouldn't switch off, I even turned the volume down and it still wouldn't stop, I had to reboot my phone to get it to stop so at this point I think I'd just rather listen to your video posts on KZbin than go to the app... it didn't do what I thought it would do and then it wouldn't stop doing what it did do.
