I'd love to hear about your resolutions and commitments! Let me know below what you want to focus on in the new year. What is something that you really want to make into a habit? For me, it is water intake. I am awful at staying hydrated and get frequent headaches because of it - which is why I've been adding it to my daily log.

I’ve decided not to make resolutions ... I think it sets me up for failure. Instead I’ve made a ‘habit builder’ for day to day things that will help me achieve weekly and monthly goals. I hope that this eventually supports me to be the me I want to be. Healthier in mind, body and spirit!

I'm the same. I call them commitments, myself. But I have been doing habit trackers in my bullet journals for years so it is easier for me to continue to think that way for some others!

I agree! It just feels so negative now! And I hate that since the idea is for people to start fresh and try to better themselves in some way.

How did you make the rainbow and circle trackers? What did you use? I tried the circle and it looked horrible but I LOVE that one so much. I like the idea of the rainbow one too.

I used the MoxieDori flat compass protractor. I would love to see how to fix mistakes! I've seen some really cool spreads on pintrest that I've tried to recreate and failed miserably. Now I'm loosing pages to spreds that I hate.

Aside from the obvious health/weight loss, my goal is to finish my thesis and be able to do a push-up. I do a super simple "habit tracker" myself - I don't use my vertical monthly overview as a means for future events, I instead have different symbols for things I'm tracking (coffee, gym etc.) and add them on the day along with brief notes of the day's events :)

I mean im trying to do about 50 push ups since i can do about 20 before dying
