Nightblade is my favorite class both in Morrowind and Skyrim. Though I usually go for a mod that helps me scale the rune spells. You stealth cast runes, the enemy AI finds and steps on it, but you're in stealth the whole time. You level stealth because they "see" you when they step on the rune, but then your hiding spot kicks in and they don't find you.
@maileesaeya3614Ай бұрын
I mostly do "stealth caster" these days, though I do play with mods to mitigate the magic scaling problem. Then I drop stealth entirely and stroll jauntily through the dungeon where everything died the second I stepped inside because it turns out that: Potion of Fortify Destruction + Flame/Shock/Frost Cloak is even more broken then Stealth Archer.

It's probably because Skyrim seems to have been made with Hardcore systems in mind (tons of food everywhere, many inns at convenient locations, a ton of bandit hideouts with bedding, etc), so when Hardcore settings were added it fit perfectly. A lot of people who've played Hardcore often express that it feels like this was how it was supposed to be since everything was conveniently already in place to make it work beforehand.
