I just got the butterfly and used it for travel with my 1 yr old. I love it! I was surprised by how easy and smoothly it pushes, folds small enough to carry on the plane and my baby napped very comfortably in it. I already had the yoyo several years ago but I’m liking the butterfly much better due to it’s easier fold and larger shopping basket.

I love my bugaboo butterfly, it was a long wait but well worth it. My daughter loves it and I love that I can fit my nappy bag plus extra in the basket space. Even though it doesn’t lay fully flat my daughter naps very comfortably in it and we haven’t had issues with the sun because the canopy is actually quite large. I love it and recommend to everyone

Super fun video👍 Love the thimbnail. Still using my babyzen yoyo as everyday stroller and love it my 7 m old loves it too. Winter arived and it still handels snow just as good if not better as all bogaboo chamelion, peg perego or cybex 🤣. Somehof the front wheels are designed in a way that it sorta cit thro snow and doesnt jam. The small size has saved me so many times in overcrowded tram, when lifts where not working or ehen there is 3 step obstacle.

If we're looking just from a features point of view, I can understand why people wouldn't like the Doona but it's practicality is where it really shines for babies. Also here in the UK and Middle East, the Doona is actually quite affordable considering it's a stroller and a car seat. Most travel systems you will pay that price just for your car seat, so to have the wheels as well is great (for no extra cost) and I then bought a hook for $5 that gives me all the storage I need. If you plan to use taxis a lot or travel a lot or if of you change from your partner's car to your car frequently and don't want to take a car seat plus your travel system. This is really great and from a safety point of view, I prefer to be able to quickly get in the car with my child in a taxi, versus having the boot, leaving the child (potentially crying) and trying to fold the system etc. Since I travel a lot alone and get taxis a lot too. I watch my friends take forever doing theirs, while in 1 minute I'm done. Also lifting it in and out of the car is pretty much the same as a car seat, just you can easily pop the wheels and be ready to go. A lot of parents end up not using the bottom part/travel part with their car seat when going home because it's difficult to use. So with the Doona, it's so easy to use and pop down the wheels that you pretty much rarely carry it.

I am looking for a travel stroller with an easy fold. I have carpal tunnel and it is sometimes difficult manipulating these strollers. My initial first choice was the Nuna TRVL until I saw your reviews. I had similar concerns with the Nuna TRIV which I bought and then gave away because it was too shaky and did not navigate well once my son was seated. I am trying to decide between the Uppababy Minu and the Bugaboo butterfly. I don't need it to fit in the overhead compartment because I will check it at the gate. I am going on vacation and need something comfortable for my 1 year old son and easy to fold and get in/out of the car with minimal fuss. Any thoughts?? And I just wanted to thank you for all this great information. I wish I had discovered you before! So many reviews come from stores that actually sell strollers and it is difficult to get an impartial judgement because they will not say anything negative to affect their sales. My son is only 18 months and I have already purchased 5 strollers!!!

This review really helps me to buy my 2nd stroller.. I've got the pegpereggo from my sister which is old (2011) and super heavy, although has lot of pros. so my husband and I decided to bought another stroller which compact and not too heavy.. been eyeing the yoyo, butterfly and aer (sadly the minu is not sold in my country), but seeing all the comments here I put my heart to aer.. although the aer+ has not coming yet, but I read your comment on other video and the aer is now on discount, definitely gonna buy the aer since I'm on budget. Now the only problem is to choose the color, which do you think would be easier to clean? The light one or the dark one? Thank you

As a first time mom, my biggest regret is NOT getting a Doona! I dont plan on having another any time soon but I didn't take in consideration that I would be alone most of the day with baby while Dad is working. Doona would have totally saved me the hassle of having to take apart a travel system.

@@bpptrzpz oh I know. Never kept them in it for too long at a time, had a travel bassinet for that reason. But you gotta admit it’s extremely convenient. Think about not having to wake baby when arriving at your destination, not having to pack an extra stroller for shorter trips like grocery runs or very long trips like weekends (where I bring my bassinet along) And let’s be honest, there are plenty parents that will just bring a travel system consisting of a car seat and keep their child in that all weekend. SAME THING. The doona just gets a bad rap and I gotta defend it cause it’s saved my sanity plenty times😉 If you’re planning on having one child, then I agree that it’s way too expensive for what you get though….

What is your opinion on Cybex Orfeo and Easywalker Jackey for daily use? I have been looking for a lightweight stroller that will be easier to push with a toddler. I am a petite person and pushing a heavy stroller with a 4 years old toddler is a little bit challenging for me. I tried the Butterfly but I am looking for an even lighter stroller that is easier to maneuver.

Right on, I hope they're working well for you! :) I'm working on moving into reviewing car seats, but it's a whole different world, so it will probably be a while before we launch any reviews. We've had a stroller repair service for 10 years, so we feel technically competent with strollers in a way that we don't with car seats, but I have noticed that there might be some room on KZbin anyway for an impartial reviewer of seats as well (even though we have no plans to start repairing them), as long as I can find enough trusted sources to compile information from (safety tests, consumer forums where I can hunt for repeating problems or praise and so on). We'll see, hopefully it will work :)

@@BarnevognverkstedNo That would be awesome! Lots of reviews & comparsons out there (strollers or carseats) are just enumerting the features. Once you realize they're actually the sellers, at end of the day they want you to buy one of them. We need opinions and bias. That's why your review on strollers are the best! I'm done with stroller shoppings but still watch them! About car seats, it's definitly a uncharted territory, again I'm done shopping (Nuna pipa before and now evenflo gold revolve360) in the next several years already but I'll be looking out for your if they come out one day!

Thanks for your videos. Really informative. We are in the market for an air travel stroller and budget and compact size is priority since we have twins and need two separate ones due to space constraints while traveling. Not frequent travellers but some. Was looking at metro+ and tour 2 based on your reviews then came across Mompush Lithe. Do you have any thoughts on that. Seems similar to Metro+ with not as nice fabric.

@davidaggies131
@davidaggies131 Жыл бұрын
@@BarnevognverkstedNo thanks. I was able to compare the two in person. The metro+ seems sturdy but much more heavy (18lbs) and not great ergonomics in the rectangular handle bar. The lithe did seem bare bones and probably wouldn't pass your longevity standards but for a seldome used airport stroller, is a cheap on that comes with a luggage pull handle option (my wife likes but I don't see the point). But the BJ City Tour 2 was a clear winner for us, even compared to the metro+. It's more compact, well built and good handle height for shorter people. Thanks again for your reviews - it helped us focus on some key strollers.

@@BarnevognverkstedNo About the wheel issue. There is a one-star review on the Bugaboo official website. I used google to translate it to English. “Unfortunately I am very disappointed in the quality. The buggy rattles really loud. I assumed that my stroller had a problem (which has been proven to be the case) and I therefore made a complaint. The shop assistant compared my buggy with the model on display (it didn't rattle). Since she also heard the rattling, we replaced the wheels. Nevertheless, nothing changed in the rattling. Unfortunately, in the end I was only told that it was not uncommon for small wheels to make these noises. Too bad I can't upload a video. With such an expensive buggy, I really would have expected more service and customer satisfaction.”

I was initially considering the 2022 Cybex Libelle but then I saw that it was basically a GB Pockit with a few updates. It looks like it'll still be a little rickety and it's main selling point is how compact it folds and not so much about durability or stability for day to day use. So... If you had to consider the Yoyo2, Butterfly and Aer, which would you go for if budget was not an issue? Personally my wife and I are more comfortable with the Yoyo2 but would love some input on this.
