TLC 2013 was great. I really loved that Cena vs Orton match, even if we already saw the match a million times before, and even if they retired the Big Gold Belt after that.
@sharjeelahmed79132 жыл бұрын
Nah. A TLC show with just a single TLC match? No tables match, ladder match (or even chairs). Sure, a No DQ between Miz and Kingston which pretty much felt like a regular match. Also they had Shield vs Punk and Bryan vs Wyatts both in a 3 on 1 handicap. Cena vs Orton was a solid match sure but was the only good one

WWF In Your House 13: Final Four 1997. The Main Event alone is a worth of Watch. Bret Hart vs Stone Cold Steve Austin vs The Undertaker vs Big Van Vader is a fabulous match from the 4 of biggest badasses of wresting in the ring and a great epilogue piece to the Royal Rumble 97 and also the debut of Chyna in this PPV.

Some that did not make the list: - One Night Stand 2007 (While moving away from the ECW theme, 2007's version is still pretty damn solid); - Great American Bash 2008 (the last TV-14 event, where HBK bled buckets. JBL vs. Cena was also pretty fun); - Unforgiven 2008 (the Scramble concept was pretty cool, tbh, + in my opinion, the Unsanctioned Match between Jericho and HBK topped their Ladder match the following month); - Armageddon 2008 (Jeff Hardy winning the gold + a banger between Punk and Rey Rey); - Breaking Point 2009 (The best concept PPV deserves a replay, tbf).

TLC 2016 was a fantastic show and quite possibly the best TLC ppv till date. A fantastic Ladder match between Miz and Ziggler to finish the feud of the year. Good Tables match between Becky and Alexa heck even Corbin had a great chairs match with Kalisto and a fantastic TLC match between Styles and Ambrose to close off the show. Other honorable mentions would be Hell in a Cell 2019 (It really was a good show if people can just ignore the main event) Hell in a Cell 2016 Payback 2014 Evolution 2018

My mom and my dad went to TLC 2009. I couldn't go because I was too young at that point to go to a wrestling pay-per-view. I was 2, about to turn 3 in February 2010. My dad says his favorite match was Christian/Benjamin, he also was confused when Sheamus won the championship, he thought Cena actually slipped and that was not supposed to be the finish. My mom talked about how she cheered very loudly for Randy Orton and DX. Even if I did go, I probably wouldn't have remembered it, but I could assume that I would cheer as much as I could for Cena and cry because the pyro is loud.
@ceasarstorm09152 жыл бұрын
Vengeance 2005 is an all-time favorite of mine, I really think Christian should have won the WWE Championship, he was over as hell at the time, and by the way, I'm a John Cena super fan admitting that somebody else should have won that match. Backlash 2007 is amazing. I loved Batista/Undertaker and the Edge/Cena/Shawn/Orton fatal 4 way. The rest of the show was great too, I hate admitting that Benoit has good matches. but he does, but his match with MVP, and their whole little feud, were great. No Mercy 2001 was probably one of my favorite pay-per-views of the early 2000's. Edge and...CHRISTIAN! CHRISTIAN! (had to get that out of my system) in the ladder match was amazing, the triple threat was awesome, and the Rock/Jericho match was the beginning of main-eventer Jericho. He dabbled in the main event scene before, but that match is what made him. Vengeance 2003 was great. Tag Team Championship match is quite underrated, Kidman, Mysterio, Benjamin and Haas worked amazingly together. Undertaker/Cena was great, the main event triple threat didn't NEED Big Show to be good, but his involvement certainly helped. and was at it's best when Kurt and Brock were doing their thing, and the match of the night is of course Guerrero vs. Benoit. Haven't watched Backlash '99, No Mercy '06 or Judgement Day '05, No Mercy '08 or Unforgiven '06 but I will put them on my watchlist!
