Towards the end of their album "Vindication" shit gets real and heavier than LP could ever dream of. Currently Windwaker's album HYPERVIOLENCE shows the best vocals on the genre. Banks Arcade and Profiler are awesome too! Like a nu/alt/pop metal hybrid

I wil always, always support Linkin Park. Chester hugged me in a meet and greet 20 days before he passed. And while I am excited for the new LP. I am also grieving again. When I saw them after the countdown I just broke. Realizing he'll truly never ever be on stage again. 😭 God I miss him so damn much. He screamed while I couldn’t. And I'll always be grateful for that. And hopefully I'll make new and beautiful memories with the new formation. ❤

Man, this is one of the few bands to still have all of it’s original members. you can definitely tell that there was a true brothership with these guys. Man, Chester was so vital to the band that I forget that he wasn’t even in the picture yet when the band first formed. thank you Jeff blue for introducing us to one of the best rock bands ever. update, Rob did not want to come back, but they are still good friends with him though. what do you guys think of Emily so far? I think she’s good, she’s not Chester but what do you expect? No one can ever replace Chester. i’m just glad that they can get a second chance at performing again.

Their original singer left in 1998, but it was amicable and they're still friends. So while you're technically incorrect, the point still stands that it's one of the only bands where there was no drama between bandmates and they all remained friends.

News update: Band's back with Emily Armstrong as their new vocalist and Colin Brittain on drums. After some interviews, the band revealed that former drummer Rob Bourdon has been distancing himself from the band after Chester's death and was notably absent from the Hybrid Theory rerelease and Papercuts. (In a way, he's gone on the same path John Deacon went on after Freddy Mercury's death). While it's sad that only 2/3rd of the original lineup's present, the band's opening up a new chapter and I'm honestly excited.

I miss him so much, it's even hard to listen songs without tears. I'm 35 yo and know LP from the first video music, just casuality that banged into my ears one day. My parents didn't care too much about me so music was my escape from reality, which was something I know, like paranoid or being who they wanted me to be. I'm addicted to alcohol and drugs nicotine. I don't drink anymore and not sniffing white powders. Like Chester I have really bad neighborhood in my head, but I will fight those thoughs everyday
