It was a lot more than just The Rock calling people jabronies and candy asses, Stone Cold drinking beer, Mick Foley getting thrown off of Hell in a Cell rooftops, and DX saying _"Let's Get Ready To Suck It"._ Don't get me wrong, they're my favorite parts of that era, but I've always wanted to know about what happened to the guys that don't get as much attention as those main event superstars such as D-Lo Brown, Gangrel, Val Venis and Steve Blackman to name a few.

When I first started watching wrestling, right around the midway-end of the attitude era. It was these guys that I gravitated to. Taka and Funaki, Al Snow, The Radicalz, Val Venis, Steve Blackman, Ken Shamrock, D'Lo Brown, Raven, The Hollys, the APA. Of all of the big time main eventers, the only ones that really captivated me were Triple H and Kane. But it was these undercard guys made me a wrestling fan. Also... Shane McMahon deserves all of the respect in the world for getting in the ring when he didn't have to and no one made him. He wrestled and put his body through what he did, because he wanted to, not because he had to. Not for money. But to be one of the boys, and he proved that he was, and he never had to.

You were really on point by adding shane mcmahon on this list, I was actually thinking about this the other day when I saw a picture of shane and how old he looks now and to be honest I couldn't help it and a smile came out imediately for all the great memories I had from my childhood and a lot of them Thanks to him.. 🤷‍♂️

D-Lo was pretty good and once wore a Reckless Youth t-shirt during a backstage segment on Raw, which 13 year old me thought was rad. It's crazy to think he got his start as the third member of the Gangstas haha

Good to see D-Lo Brown get some appreciation here. He was a talented wrestler. Sadly, I don't think he ever recovered from that match with Droz.

I couldn't agree more with this list. D'Lo was highly underrated and really helped others look good in the ring. He deserves a hall of fame nod especially if the Godfather is in the hall of fame.

I would have had D'Lo at the top, but honestly can't really argue with Crash in that spot. Also, Bossman should have gotten an honourable mention. Rubbish matches, but still got over as a dastardly heel when most heels in this era were 'cool'.

Shane’s the kind of guy that when you ask him to jump he says how high, gets disappointed with the height you request and then climbs an additional 20 feet before jumping

Shane does deserve a spot on this list the guy is a legit undersung persona in the WWE during the 90s and honestly doesnt matter its his daddy signing the pay cheques period the guy put his body on the line as much if not more then alot of the roster.
