LOL she sits in the corner and laughs every time I die. I do help with the laundry. We got machines. They do 90% of the work. Hahaha. Modern gaming is pushing me away. Luckily we can always return to the past. He is always tagging us in challenges. I feel like that is a fair tag back.

This challenge is always fun to see. Mary is on to something about figuring out how to play games at work..😉 I totally agree with you about Modern Gaming…it blows on most levels anymore. Always feel like every time I want to play there is a mandatory update or patch and then by the time that is finished limited game time is over. $200 a month on games!? High rollers! 😂 The question that all the internet trolls come out of the woodwork over. It’s your money and my money so we can spend it on what we want to!

Getting paid to game would be awesome. I forgot to mention all the pay to play and online only games. I hate it. I didn't think that was a crazy number. It completely depends on what I find though

Mary really needs to prioritise her free time, she travels for work, get her a Switch! 😂 Oooh, Shining Force, nice choice. Solid Snake, a solid choice, but Sub Zero kicks Scorpion's arse 😂 Yes! Souls games suck!

We have 2 Switches. She can take one. She is more likely to take her 3DS. Shining Force is an all time classic. Sub Zero vs Scorpion. I have seen that battle 100k times in the arcades. I would play as Johnny Cage and catch people sleeping. But I could never beat Sonya Blade... I think you missed my challenge to you how many bytes are in your game collection?

Mary got a haircut! Okay, now that we're moving past that, this was well worth the wait and Mary, you definitely sound like me 5 years in the past. Here's what we're going to do? Your family's going to form a naked commune there's no more laundry. You'll be fine. So much more time to play games. The way I started, just played Skyrim. I played it through tears starring at the ceiling because I didn't know how to control the dual analog BUT I made it work. Can't wait to see generation pixels gigabyte response video. As someone who is terrible at math I'm pretty sure he could just throw any number out there and I believe him 🤷🏼‍♀️ You guys rock and I miss you tremendously!

Breath of the Wild is a fun open world with enough direction you could make it I think. Modern games suck I have different reasons, but it sucks in general.

I really need to dive into the Zelda universe. I only really played the NES and N64 Zelda games. I forgot to mention the online requirement and microtransactions. LOL There are a lot of issues

Enjoyed the video! I agree on modern games, they're getting crazy with all the updates and being glitchy and buggy, I hate that! The snes is awesome! I really enjoyed the scorpion animated mortal kombat movie! Super Mario World is one of those games I always come back to and have so much fun playing! Solid Snake and Scorpion are badasses! Imagine those two in a fight lol

Since I have been sick I missed a couple of things about modern games. I hate micro transactions and being required to be online. The SNES is my 2nd favorite console of all time. LOL Scorpion would have the edge in that one.

Had some heartbreaks with this one haha not only did i enjoy the last mortal kombat movie, despite not caring for the new character. Thought they paced it really well and the fatalities were good. And then theres dark souls. Feel you gotta take your advice to Mary and take the time to learn the game haha as the series goes on you definitely get more options to tank the enemy. And you definitely feel powerful when you finally overcome a boss you struggle with.

I liked the live action MK movie but I think the animated one was better. I will eventually play a souls like game all the way through. I tried to play 2 of them and there were so many enemies all equal to me that it was frustrating. I hate running away and not being my bad@ss self. LOL

Modern games -> constant updates -> worse thing about gaming. It is difficult to have some quick play time when you have to wait for a 1gig download and install. At least once you update you might be able to play tomorrow? lol

That is exactly what happens to me. My free time is short. So after I get the kids to bed I want to game for 30-60 mins but it takes a long time to update. Then I have to try again another day.
