I subscribed last nonth to make a video. Even though there are cracked versions of videoscribe but i decided to respect developers work. I made video and closed my laptop. Today after one month you guys renewed my subscription without my knowledge and when as soon i received message from my bank that sparkol charged my card, i opened a ticket within 5 minutes. I explained help guy that renewal was auto and please refund me because i didnt used new subscription and i dont need it. Guy said its non refundable. Now tell me what should i do? Should i keep supporting developers by subscribing softwares or i should go to cracks

Im not from Sparkol, but automated subscriptions is something common. Make sure that you have cancelled your subscription on their dashboard before your next payment date. I had a similar situation with Adobe and didn't got my money back, but I'd still pay for the original license to help continuing with new updates and good support

@SuperSky517 there was no option to remove my card. Also i asked for refund right after i received message from bank. I didn't even opened videoscribe for month. There ahould be a refund but they do not redund
