I like the pan paints (sakura koi) she uses in the color mixing segment but they are more like a gouache because they are chalky and opaque compared to other watercolors. Also I believe there isn’t any pigment info to verify lightfastness. :)

So enjoy your videos! When doing mountains after I do the sky get very hard lines at the top of each mountain? Still a beginner & have dipped brush in just water as go down but still getting hard lines with color above it. Ty

So it's hard to say what totally might be going on, as sometimes it can just be the color or the way you're holding the brush. Sometimes changing to cotton paper helps that, but there's so many possible variables. In this (kzbin.info/www/bejne/eWSrqIaljL2FjbM) tutorial I think I'm making sort of what you are describing and maybe that might help you see and contrast if it is something different you're doing in terms of technique.
