I watch and follow the lessons on KZbin and accidentally found you🙏 You amazed me with the highest level of professionalism and very simple and correct explanation .You gave so many very useful advices 👍 Will be very nice to create new lessons for Easter eggs and greeting cards. I thought afterwards Anna, as I am only just re- starting watercolour after 50 yrs, I forgot that there is an old, odd example of wet-on wet, or wet on dry that is real cool. In my old photographic bag I have a little puffer ball with a tiny nozzle. ( used on lenses to remove dust). I recall that way back, on plain or wet surface one can drop a watery blob,( brush or syringe), then quickly use a tiny soft blower to spread the drop in many directions, creating spidery patterns, although not exactly repeatable, skill develops & interesting variants can be found to create a background or unusual underpainting. Hope that's of use. Kind regards.

I used Koi Water Colors on Canson 140 lb cold press paper, would that had made the difference? For even the 3rd sample I had to switch to a small flat brush to get the same effect.
