Which is what most employees say about their bosses if they are held accountable for their lazy actions. And if you're on the other side and you're a boss who doesn't hold his employees accountable, then it's because you're terrified of being perceived as an asshole. Both sides are driven by fear: a fear of having to work too hard (for the employee) or a fear of being perceived in a certain way (for the boss).
