I just mailed out my commission today to get my stamp made. Already finished the NSA course this weekend. Now all I’m doing is waiting for my bond to go through so I can get my oath done. I’m so ready to go. I’ve been spending my day going through sample loan docs and getting my script together. I’m getting on this service as soon as I can, along with others. Also, been hitting up brokers to see where I want to hang my RE license. I think working with escrow companies will help me choose the best one. I’m making my own way.

The feedback is generally not available to notaries, but borrower feedback on some signings is!! You can check whether there's borrower feedback available for you by selecting an individual order on your dashboard. If there's feedback available, you'll be able to see it below the signing status. Hi! My question would be if I get dual commissioned in a border state how would I have an address for both my home area and then in another state? Set up a PO box address?

Hi Tammy!! This is a great question!!! I highly recommend reaching out directly to your secretary of state with this question to get a definite answer!! And remember that every state has their requirements to show residency so I tell my students to simply apply to be a notary in the state you want and see what the requirements are!! Signing agents who go direct get to keep the entire signing fee, which is how they make $150 to $200 per hour long signing appointment vs. only getting a portion of the fee if they go through signing services! I've been on there for almost a year. I didn't get any hits until I moved to a new area and had to change my service area. You might want to consider changing the zipcodes for the area you are willing to travel. Hope this helps😊
