I feel like wearing neutral colors only with no patterns feels like you bought clothes so you can wear them every other day because you are trying to look expensive on a tight budget. Rich people wear excellent quality clothing and don't ignore color and pattern. But then again this video is about being on a budget. However I also think it should not be too noticeable that money is tight.
