Hey! I found you from Backpacking Bananas' Channel. Good work adding a ton of value in a video. Plus, breaking it down in the timeline is great for this video. If you get a regular, cheap ticket, get on VERY last. Wait until they call last call for your flight. Then you're basically the last person on the plane and can pick whatever seat is open. As long as you sit down confidently the flight attendants won't second guess that it's not your seat. (unless you sit in an upgraded class.) As for me (My name’s Ryan!) I started creating content on KZbin to help people live more meaningful lives. It really makes me sad to see people reflect on life and realize they could’ve done much more with the time they were blessed with! My beef with the airlines is that they make the main cabin seats packed together like we’re sardines😂 My husband is 6 ft and a lot of other men are taller than that. So it’s like we need to have either first class or more leg room. The airlines are getting away with a lot! Don’t believe me- read your carrier contract. Every effing thing is to their benefit! You may get first class or premium coach but believe it or not they have the right to seat you somewhere else. The only thing they do not have a right to do is not refund your money. So unless we file class action suits against them or demand that they space the seats reasonably apart they are going to continue doing crap like that.

Hi! 😊 You can get your boarding pass either when you “check in” to your flight online/mobile app or when you arrive at the airport (desk agent or kiosk). Does that answer your question?

TSA was supposed to launch the requirement of “Real ID” (check if you have a star at the top of your ID card) last year. However, due the pandemic, it was postponed to Oct 1, 2021. I personally don’t like taking chances when it comes to airports, so I just traveled from NY to Houston with my passport (on Jan 1) even though according to the TSA website my state ID would have been just fine. Though, school IDs are not sufficient.
