Hi John, thanks so much for leaving us a comment! You can indeed, but you must claim within 4 years of the end of the tax year that you spent the money. We can include a free referral to our partner accountant for you, who will assist you with this.

This an excellent video and hugely useful. I am going to ask my accountant for details of my last Corporation Tax calculation to find out if all possible tax deductions were made. I would also be interested to find out the answer to the question below re- claiming back expenses that were not claimed in previous years. Great presentation Nick...

In regard to your question, you can indeed claim back expenses that were not claimed in previous years, but you must claim within 4 years of the end of the tax year that you spent the money. Do UK Non Resident company have to pay 20% Corporate Tax regardless that income is from UK or Worldwide Since April 2021 ?
