YES! Absolutely, the reverse vault is, I think, maybe the most beautiful Parkour vault. It always looks SO dynamic and cool, but it's also the most fluid move linking other moves and makes a beautiful line. It relates almost more to contemporary dance than Parkour. It might not be the hardest move, and I can't do it yet myself, so I can't speak from experience, but it always impresses me when I see it!

Holy fuck dude. I was just looking up reverse vaults bc I wanted to compare my technique after working on them today. Just clicked a random vid, first that came up. I was thinking "hmm this wall looks really similar to where I was training today" then I looked in the background and saw the tower w the spiral... This is Piedmont park in Atlanta, correct? I was literally RIGHT here like 6 hours ago... In that specific playground... Doing reverse vaults 😮 on the green and blue block thingys 20 ft from where you were. then you started skating along the same route I skated away! Absolutely wild. What are the odds??? Idk I just thought that always a crazy coincidence. Very serendipitous after spending hrs right there today lol If you ever wanna go train, lmk! I spend a lot of time at Atlanta Parkour but I'm trying to get out of the gym more.

I am trying to get into parkour (I’m 15 so I can’t drive yet) and my parents live in the woods where there are a bunch of huge boulders and fallen trees. There are no hard/square edges it is very hard to do vaults because I get splinters from the fallen logs and I can’t do climb ups because there are no square edges. If there were any recommendations, or anyone in the same situation I would really like to hear it
