Sadly its a rare skill in the pk community now a days most people don't or can't do them on concrete from drops its always on grass if they do. So seeing guys like pedro phosky, dom tomasso that can do dive fronts on hard surfaces and roll its satisfying.

I haven’t watched your videos in a few years. What you are doing is what you love and I respect that. You are one of my main parkour mentors but I have nowhere to practice or go. Living in a small town on a farm isn’t the best to practice twists or flips with out hurting my self. I know most of the rolls and vaults. I would like to see a way on how to parkour and train out in the woods thank you🙌

the 360 inward roll looks really weird to be honest it kinda looks like you tried to do a backflip but then you lagged in real life and went into a dive roll instead

Still working on obtaining a dive roll pop. Basically dive rolling onto a raised up flat surface and instead of coming out on your bum you launch your legs outwards and pop upwards mid tuck, only rolling across your back then shooting out, landing on your feet standing or running into the next move.

Didn't see a bait roll on here. Aka alexander bayturin diving from like 8 feet off the ground headfirst into a dive roll. It looks painful sometimes but if you're russian automatically its painless.

I don't think there are 10 Websters cause Webster is already quite a specific move in it's self, I think there are around 3 being normal, Russian and tucked with a standing version for each of those. Joey Adrian does it tucked and if you check out Jason Paul's tutorial he does it with 1 leg tucked.

The butt roll is pretty fun. On any elevated flat surface you roll from one side hip to the other using your legs to propel the motion. You start by placing you hand from the opposite side of you body from the object on the object and then continue your body's rotation by placing the edge of your butt (same side as the hand placed) on the surface and with your knees bent you lift your feet off the ground and spin-rotate your feet in the air to carry the momentum through the roll finally finishing by landing your other hand on the surface and pushing out of it… possibly into a run/jump.

Work on the basic dive roll over and through obstacles, like he said long or high. Best tip for mastering the dive roll is to have good hand stand strength and slow down the roll with your arms, really brace it bc a lot of these guys are on pads when they do these really quick. But if you're on concrete it should be smoother and not so much speed but smooth and controlled. Practice practice practice. You get that, then 360 dive roll, the rest should be easy progressions from there.
@lethalassassin1754
@lethalassassin1754 6 жыл бұрын
Another tip on that is to stretch out your body, extend, tuck tight on impact, turn the head so you don't whack it, land on the forearm and back of the shoulder. Don't do a dive barrel roll as you will flop, go angled but only enough to miss the spine and hip bone, keep it mostly straight and it should go a lot easier.

Hi , I've been watching some of your videos, to use it as a reference for a 3D animation that I'm doing, however I can't get yet the feeling that I want because I'm not sure if what my Creature is doing on the shot is even physically possible. It Like Getting off the floor, to stand up with a small twist.. I was wondering if would you be interested on try it. This is not for commercial purpose, it is just a piece of animation for my personal projects.
