Let me ask a question - when you clean your whole house (similar to what you do in this video), how many different cloths are you using (assuming you don't wash them part-way through and reuse them because you ran out)?

Melissa, I need to bring something to your attention. I placed an order with Maker’s Clean on 3/24/23 for the Maker’s bundle and some other items. I received all the soft goods, but no mop handle was included in the package. I emailed two more times in the last 7 days since received the package, including pictures of the package FedEx sent me (forwarded from their delivery email) to show what the package looked like, and pictures of the contents inside. I have received no response from the company’s support team. How am I supposed to use the 8 mop heads without a handle? I’m very disheartened by the lack of promptness in solving this issue, and not even a response or phone number to call with a problem. I have never experienced this with a company before. I basically paid over $100 for a few microfiber cloths. Please solve this for me.
