The customization mainly changes the way Neofetch presents the information to you. The most important feature in a tool like this one is the amount and type of information presented. Your video shows how to hide part of the shown information. What about missing information? I think there are two main missing informations in Neofetch - whether the OS is 32 or 64 bit, and whether the grahical system used is X11 or Wayland.
