I've picked a few bags of those cola chips up at my local international market before. Stood out because of the dog. Read the label translation and thought to myself, "Why not? Might as well grab two and take one to work." They weren't bad at all. Definitely different. Some people at work wouldn't even try them. Shame. Worth a try if you ever see them.

Ahh yes, natto. It's one of my favorites. At first you wouldn't really like it because of the texture, but once you get used to it, it's actually so good. Natto is a snack for me.

What is weird is "Food safety guaranteed" in all caps in front of the package. You see something like that in the west and the only tought would be " that cant be safe, stay away from it, why would they mention their food is safe like that? what are they hiding?"

Plus, it's normally there to assure the consumer about their safety, which can also help with their sales and make their product seem professionally handled. Although sometimes the "Food safety guaranteed" isn't always true.

Says more about you people than the candy really. I've never seen a mask-shaped one, but candies shaped like pacifiers/teethers have been around since forever. And unless you're stuffing everything (mask and all) into your mouth, it's as much of a choking hazard as a regular lollipop. There's usually some plastic or wire inside that anchors the candy.

I'm not sure how you can class that as a choking hazard. Here in England we have ones that look like actual baby dummies (unless you call them pacifers if you're not from england)... and they taste like really delicious strawberries. They've been around for years and years, most commonly seen at the seafront, in amusement parks (called a theme park if american etc.) or at a funfair (called a travelling carnival if american)

Maybe that is what the commenter was worried about? But we have the binky (what our family called dummies)ones also and there is one that comes with a baby bottle full of sour candy powder that the bottle nipple ,which is the candy, gets dipped into.

I really like hoshi natto. Because it is dried it is easier to learn to appreciate the flavor of natto if you are unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the texture of natto. I was able to learn to eat regular natto that way, though I still can't eat alot at once time.

Everything was interesting, I would want to try all of them, even the smelly, slimy beans lol. I’m curious, how does your community deal with all the single use plastic. Efforts in America are futile with most believing the plastic goes to a recycling center, but it just goes to the landfill. Parts of Mexico throw it in the Gulf of Mexico, so Texas beaches are ruined due to micro plastics in the sand, and many marine animals injured or killed arch year.
