Happy New Year! the shea butters are different because there are made in different countries. I'm from Ivory coast and our shea butter is the white one. I get mine from my granma. The one is from Ghana. Different method of making it but both work very well!!! I get mine super cheap when I go back home :)

My hair is greedy for banana 🍌✨ Recently bought some nut milk bags and it’s almost becoming a weekly fix 😂 #teamnopulp sometimes add a tsp amla, fenugreek or henna, aloe vera 😍, honey, castor or avocado oil, a tiny bit of shea, mango or ghee butter...mixed with a store bought conditioner It’s become such a staple and hair is thriving 🙌🏾🧖🏿‍♀️

Mango Butter is incredible I HATE the smell of Shea Butter and now that I’m in Florida it does not seem to jive with the humidity here. Shea butter worked for me in NY in winter weather. Aloe Vera is amazing too. Castor Oil helps breakage. Jojoba Oil is also very good.

I tried the banana conditioner, avocado etc. My hair was still dry, brittle and breaking. Egads ! So I knew I needed to come up with a different plan. I cleaned my scalp with a clay mask. I know I need to concentrate more on my scalp. Cause nothing good is going to happen without a healthy scalp. I was reluctant, but I decided to try a protein treatment. My first treatment gave my hair some renewed moisture. I also made my own leave in conditioner. Just 4 ingredients. I have super coily 4 c hair. I have discovered that MY hair doesn’t like too many heavy creams. I also examined my ends. The tip of ENDS actually curl up! I have a super small comb so when I applied the leave in and oil, I concentrated on making sure my ENDS were fully elongated so that my products could coat the entire strand. Funny how truly examining your hair closely, comes with new revelations. I also included flaxseed gel into my detangling conditioner. Super slip. Then I made a triple whipped mango butter. It is so nourishing to my hair and skin. My scalp and hair have not felt this good in a long time, I am going to keep my hair in twists for a few month and continue to pamper it with this new routine. I like that you encourage your subbies to explore different methods, products to suit our own hair. Thanks so much!!!! 😎😎Happy New Year🎈🎊

This video is blowing me away. Had me thinking about what I am doing. Not experiencing any dryness. But I can see it on you. Your hair and hands. Might can be something simple as adding something to your diet. I do use your teas now and tried a gloss for the first time. Also, tweaked my hair growth oil. All the things you taught me. I got some herbal variety of fruit tea from the grocery store. Add rosemary, peppermint, bergamot and lavender oil to it. Rinse my hair with it. I wash and do full paste henna once a month. Shikakai for cleaning in between. Must write this down cause whatever I am doing is extremely hydrating for my hair and skin. Oh, I put cashew milk in my coffee and coconut milk in my kale, apple and grapefruit smoothies which I drink year round. I only snack on nuts. Maybe I am on to something, hmm. Why I am sharing with the community.

Happy 2020! 🎊 Glycerin is at the top of my list of ingredients/additives to try this month. Aloe vera powder also sounds intriguing! So far, I'm making reasonable progress with my two-month-old pledge to deep condition at least every other week. Today, I used my [Camille Rose] Cocoa Melange deep conditioner. My hair feels great - and easily detangles. It is [blessedly] humid here, so combatting/defeating frizz is a real issue for me. Your hair looks fabulous! Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I love those earrings on you, too. Your creative [video production] flourishes really ramp up the audience engagement level. Nice work! 😍

I literally just put together a deep conditioner mix of avocado, banana, honey, fenugreek and neem infused water Olive oil mayonnaise, and a silicone free conditioner (for the scent) . I applied it to my very frizzy dry breaking, hair and it was like I put a texture treatment in my hair. Then I sat under my hooded dryer forabout15 minutes. . Amazing results!! Immediately stopped breaking and shedding. I also got manageable hydrated curls on my 4(a,b &c) hair. It felt like my hair was a completely different head of hair, 💯❤💯❤❗

First, keep the room temperature comfortable but not hot. Get an electric throw for relaxing... TV, digital devices etc. A electric blanket for night sleeping. Too much heat will dry you out. Add steam to your room with a diffuser. Everytime I turn my fireplace on, I turn on the diffuser. Too keep the air moist. I also alternate between tea, apple cider, coffee and hot water. I often drink hot water. My skin nor is my hair dry. Just some tips. Also, take a teaspoon of organic olive oil. Lubricate from the inside out.
