I'm OK with most of your points except flexible/agile. Agile is used when describing an athlete's coordination, fluid movements, adeptness at his sport, etc. In over 50 years in business, I have never used "agile" in the context you suggest, nor have I seen anyone else use it that way. I've gotten used to using "issue" the way you suggest, but still cringe at doing so. I still use problem, challenge, difficulty or similar synonyms. To me, "issue" meant: When does the next issue of LIFE magazine come out? Or: The post office will issue a new commemorative stamp this week. BTW, In the US, native English speaker.

The word "agile" in this context has come along in more recent years, but is now commonplace. For example, McKinsey highlights the "Agile Organization" here: www.mckinsey.com/featured-insights/agile-organizations Throughout my 15+ years working for global companies in 6 countries, I've heard the word used often.

Hi Alberto, Your English is fantastic, I must say! "Touch base" and "reach out" can be used interchangeably, absolutely. But there's a difference between "concern" and "issue" - a concern is a worry (something in your mind), which is different from an issue (which is something outside of your mind, it's really a problem or matter). You're right that "concur" and "agree" mean the same thing when we're talking about thoughts/opinions - but in the context I use in this video, we're talking about agreeing on a plan/approach. So we can't "concur" on either of those things, we "align" instead.

Could you please explain the word "keynote"? What is it specifically that makes a regular presentation or a talk a keynote? 'Bandwidth' is often replaced with capacity, but usually when speaking of a team rather than just a single person, typically an agile dev team ;) Teams usually have too much on their plate(s). And 'last but not least': I don't know about others, maybe it does not strike native speakers so much, but I start to get triggered by this collocation. It has become such a cliché to my ear. I usually play a betting game with myself, on how many times it's gonna be used during a talk. One seems to be an absolute minimum ;) Can't one just say "and the last one:" anymore? Not meant to be rude here, just an observation :)

A "keynote" is the main address given at a formal gathering or event. And nope, "bandwidth" is absolutely used for/by individuals, not just teams. (Ex: "James doesn't have the bandwidth, ask Jessica. Maybe she does.") And yes, "last but not least" is probably overused, it has a bit of a playful, upbeat tone to it - which is why people use it in place of "the last one is..." which is more straightforward, without the "flair." :)
