I recognized Scottie's home immediately. I remember the tours of both Scottie and her daughter. I recall Scottie being quite the firecracker. What a rich and full life she lived. I would venture to say her death was quite a loss to her neighbors there in the Forest. My condolences to her daughter and her many friends there at ITH ❤

Ms. Scotty was an incredible lady and someone you could have listened to for hours. I remember both her showings of her home and loved her story of working with Queen Elizaeth in her younger years. The location of this home right now is one of the best areas in the Forest. I would purchase that home in a minute if I didn't live close to my children and grandchildren. So sorry to hear about her passing.

Just from that one time I saw her, I could tell she was such a beautiful soul. I can only dream of my daughter being my personal travel companion . Continue to cherish your special memories of her. We will all miss Ms.Scottie..Randy due to that bad tornado maybe you could consider offering customers the tie down package to secure the tiny houses . Live in Miami lots of residents buy sheds for storage and those companies tie the sheds down inorder to keep the shed from flying around during hurricanes..I’ve lived in my home for over 40 yrs. And my shed has weathered many hurricanes..

I love this home! The kitchen area and counter space is awesome! Why did you all stop building them like this? Also, the bedroom is perfect, especially with the washer/dryer in there and I love that second door! I know I need to call. I was prepared to call, but the exact Day I decided to, they put their video about the scammers. I panicked and haven't called. Which Randy was going through the deal with his brother, I had some VERY SIMILAR THINGS GOING ON WITH MY 63 YR. OLD SISTER. He was so grateful his brother getting better. But I ended up losing my sister April 19 th. So once again things have happened to cause me to put my plans on the back burner. Soooo don't talk anymore about scammers please. It might be a good idea to sell the mountain lot separate from the house. Get the $15,000 off the books. I think that might go faster. Then get the house sold. It needs to be cleaned out of Scotty's personal stuff and the rest could be sold in a garage/estate sale. Then the house is empty and it will sell better. Do it in pieces. I know the daughter is going through the 5 stages of grief and this makes it harder because the bandaid is torn off slowly but it will get done faster in the end.
