The open bathroom rooftop is a horrible design. Doing your bathroom business from showering to pooping and peeing will be spread throughout the house.

If I had a million dollars.. 🎶 And a spot of land in the middle of nowhere. I personally would roll tar paper out on those walls and cover it with pine tongue and groove. Plus you can always cut another window(s) in later. Very flexible living that can always be upgraded and changed as you grow and live in it.

Do you know if there’s a redwood cabin or a Riverbend tiny home that’s for sale. You had them about seven years ago and now I am older and in a position where I have time and I am financially able to purchase one I like the one with the double doors, the white double doors and that is called A Riverbend or no the redwood cabin. I think it was 35 or 47,000. Please let me know if you get a chance to see this. Thank you.
