Why not put washer and dryer in bathroom and in make the shelves smaller and leave LR place for closet instead of W/D. Also could move toilet where shelves are and would have room for vanity and could use shelves beside shower to put folded cloths and accessories can go in Vanity. Just my thoughts but I don't know about the plumbing Love the pantry.

We lived in Crossville Tennessee for eleven and a half years. I did not want to move. My husband was from Florida, he didn’t like the snow so he wanted to move back. I’m from Ohio so I wanted different seasons. But he won, I’m still her with 3 Hurricanes behind me. I sure wish I could move to a place like your. Most states just seem not to want tiny houses. I’m 81 and I do not need to live in a 11 hundred ft. Too much room for me.

i love that you gifted them a crab aple tree, should look very pretty! i totally agree on screening and insulating and could you switch taht washer dryer to the porch or oppsite to the water heater, coz that dominates the space. turn the bed, just cover the bedroom with a nice screen or curtain..ah thanks for mentioning that washer dryer.. and the money making Lololo..is that faux stone gonna cover the whole front? that would match all the wood staining, therwise id like all tat wood all white and put another tree/ vine in front of the tung box etc.. and a fence at the back. iwith a screened in porch and front shed as astorage/ sewing or office.. its big..

I love this house, but I would have used smaller furniture. The sofa and coffee table are too big for the space. Well decorated.

Rent the sauna... washing machine, etc. Speaking for clothes, would sell those 2 machines and get a 2in1 washer/dryer, which would give space above for cabinets or shelving. Ace is nosey.... he learned well from Randy, rummaging through people's cabinets and drawers and such when interviewing the neighbors. 😂
